Azamara Circle Loyalty Program:

Qualification & Membership:

In order to be eligible for enrollment in the Azamara Circle Loyalty Program, guests need to be 18 years or older. The guest must make a reservation and complete at least one cruise at the regular full fare, which includes the majority of promotional rates made available in the general marketplace by Azamara. Once the qualifying cruise is successfully completed, the membership level will automatically advance to the appropriate tier, and guests will be able to enjoy the new Azamara membership benefits on their next cruise with Azamara.

Loyalty Points:

Loyalty Points are earned based on stateroom category purchased and length of voyage when you sail with Azamara. Azamara makes it possible for you to earn up to eighteen (18) loyalty points per night. Single travelers will earn double the amount of loyalty points.* Loyalty Points are personal and non-transferable.

Note: Loyalty points will be assigned per the original stateroom booked, not for the upgraded stateroom.  

Restricted Rates:

*Complimentary sailings, Certificates (excluding charity certificates), Seminar at Sea, Charter voyages, Travel Agent rates, Interline guests and employee rates are not eligible for the benefits of Azamara Circle (“Restricted Rates”).

Enrollment:

Upon booking of a cruise, guests are auto enrolled in the Azamara Circle Loyalty Program. Any guest that does not wish to participate in the program can opt out of Azamara Circle Loyalty Program by emailing loyalty@azamara.com.

Quarterly Savings Offer:

This program offers existing Azamara Circle Loyalty members with a loyalty number the opportunity to book select future sailings at 10% savings, subject to availability. A list of new sailings will be provided once every three months. Savings are for new bookings only and are available to individual or group reservations. 10% savings apply to the cruise fare only; savings do not apply to taxes, fees & port expenses, air, or any other non-cruise component booked. Offer is combinable with Azamara general marketplace offers, back-to-back savings, onboard booking savings, and single supplement savings. Offer is not combinable with certain restricted fares, best price guarantee rates, incentive groups, contracted groups, or charter bookings. Terms may vary by country.

Refer-A-Friend Program:

SP Cruises OpCo Limited d/b/a Azamara (hereinafter referred to as “Azamara,” “Azamara Cruises,” “we,” or “Company”) is offering advocates of Azamara the opportunity to refer friends via a Referral Program (“Program”) offered on the web site located at https://refer.azamara.com/ (the “Site”). To take part, both the person referring (the “Referrer” and/or “Advocate”) and the friend being referred (the “Referred Friend” and/or “Friend”) must be at least 18 years old. The Referred Friend should be new to Azamara or not have taken an Azamara cruise in the last 5 years. Advocates can share a link or send an email inviting their friends to join. Referred Friends need to sign up using the shared link to participate. Once they register successfully, they can book through Azamara's website, call a local Azamara number, or use a preferred Travel Partner. Complimentary Nights:

Eligibility:

To qualify for complimentary nights, guests must have an Azamara Circle Loyalty Number and achieve a tier change extending up to Discoverer Platinum. Details regarding the tier system and complimentary nights corresponding to the tier change can be viewed in the grid below.

Redemption:

Once the loyalty member becomes eligible and qualifies complimentary nights, the Azamara Circle member will be credited with the corresponding number of nights based on their achieved tier level. Following the tier level change date, the member has a period of one (1) year to redeem the nights on an Azamara cruise. Complimentary nights can only be redeemed on sailings that are 7 nights or longer. Complimentary nights will be applied to the stateroom category the guest has purchased. Guests are responsible for paying pro-rated amount of prevailing cruise fare rate at the time of booking (calculated as the per night price of the cruise times the number of nights not covered by the complimentary nights), as well as full taxes, fees & port expenses for total duration of the cruise. When redeeming the complimentary nights, the loyalty member with available nights will have it applied to their individual cruise fare. In cases where a reservation includes two members with available complimentary nights, each person's cruise fare will receive the corresponding number of nights that they have earned individually.

Combinability & Exclusions:

Complimentary nights are combinable with Quarterly Brand Offers, Flash Sales, Travel Partner promotions, Back-to-Back Benefits, onboard booking savings, Azamara Circle Quarterly Savings, Net Rates, Last Minute Voyages, and National Account Hosted Programs. Unless stated otherwise, the Offer is not combinable with Closed User Rates, Employee Rates, Interline Rates, and Travel Agent Rates. Complimentary nights cannot be used with pre-and post-cruise land programs. Complimentary nights earned when reaching different levels cannot be redeemed together. Any remaining complimentary nights will be forfeited if not used before the one-year redemption period; this applies to all tier levels. Terms may vary by country.

Changes:

Certain changes to the complimentary nights cruise booking, including but not limited to double name changes, change of ship or sail date, cancellation/rebook, may result in the loss of the complimentary cruise night credits during the following periods:

 Onboard Booking Offer

Azamara’s “Onboard Booking Offer” (“OBO”) will provide the benefits of a percent savings based on their Azamara Circle level or as a first-time Azamara guest, for each qualifying booking made onboard while offer is available.    

All guests enjoy 5% savings on their next cruise bookings.  Azamara Circle Members who have reached the Discoverer levels will enjoy additional savings for total savings of 6% for Discoverer, 7% for Discoverer Plus and 10% for Discoverer Platinum. Guests will receive a US$200 onboard credit (OBC) per stateroom, which will be applied to the future cruise. 

Onboard Credit:

The OBC has no cash value, is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and will expire if not used by 10 pm on the final night of the cruise.  Single occupancy bookings will receive a pro-rated OBC based on the single supplement rate paid for the cruise.

Deposit:

A reduced deposit equal to 50% of the amount normally required to be paid for bookings made in your country of residence must be paid, per person, at the time of booking Club Veranda, Oceanview and Interior staterooms.  Suite bookings require payment of the full deposit applicable in your country of residence at the time of booking.  This deposit, less an administrative fee which varies based on country of residence, will be refunded if cancellation occurs prior to the applicable final payment due date.

Changes:

Changes (excluding cancellation of the booking) may be made to the ship or sail date of a confirmed booking once only prior to the final payment due date without incurring a change fee, and without losing your “Onboard Booking Offer”. If the booking is changed to a sailing that is further out than original sailing, the booking will retain the payment and penalty schedule of the original sailing. This ability to change the booking without incurring a fee is subject to the terms applicable in your country of residence and may not be available in every country. 

Further payments:

Payments on your confirmed booking beyond the deposit required shall be due in accordance with the Azamara payment schedule applicable in your country of residence.

Cancellations:

The cancellation policy applicable in your country of residence shall apply to onboard bookings.  Your booking may be cancelled and cancellation charges may apply under the applicable Azamara cancellation schedule applicable in your country of residence. 

General:

These terms and conditions apply to new individual bookings.  The “Onboard Booking Offer” is available only to new individual Azamara bookings made onboard an Azamara vessel.  All amounts stated are in U.S.  dollars.  OBO is combinable with Azamara’s general early booking savings, marketplace offers, back-to-back savings and single supplement savings.  OBO may not be combined with certain restricted fares such as, but not limited to, Interline, travel agent and travel agent rates, family & friends, employee rates, or net rates and may not be used on chartered voyages. 

As we value our relationships with our travel partners, unless we are advised otherwise your onboard booking will be attributed to the travel partner associated with your current cruise booking. However, if you wish to have your booking reflect an alternative arrangement, please inform the onboard Future Cruise Sales team at the time of booking and a form will be provided for you to sign as your authorization.

 Onboard Parties and Activities:

The scheduling of onboard parties and activities is determined by the ship management, taking into account itineraries and other events. The ship management reserves the right to alter or cancel the time, location, and date of an event at its discretion. Terms may vary by country.

Savings on Select Onboard Purchases:

Depending on the loyalty tier level, loyalty members will receive savings on select Signature Spa Treatments ranging from 10% to 25%. Discounted Signature Spa Treatments are excluded from this offer. These savings will be applied onboard the ship. Terms may vary by country.  

Priority Check-In:

This benefit will be available to the Discoverer, Discoverer Plus and Discoverer Platinum tier levels. This benefit may not be available in all embarkation ports due to logistics considerations.

Suite and Loyalty Internet Combinability:

Azamara Circle members who stay in categories Veranda Plus, Club Continent, Club Spa Suite, Club Ocean Suite and/or Club World Owner’s Suite are eligible to combine their loyalty internet minutes or combine the redemption value for the Full Voyage Unlimited Package with their suite benefits. The percentage of the redemption value for the Full Voyage Unlimited Package varies depending on stateroom category and loyalty tier (see tables below for details). Loyalty Members who stay in a Club Ocean Suite, Club World Owners or Spa can get an 100% redemption value towards the Full Voyage Unlimited Package.

Laundry:

This benefit will be available for Explorer members and above. Those eligible will receive one bag of laundry per stateroom, per 7-night voyage (e.g., for a 14-day voyage, members will receive two bags of laundry, and so forth) Azamara Circle members who stay in Veranda Plus and Suite Category Staterooms will be able to combine both their Suite amenities and Loyalty benefits for Laundry.
