WAVE 2024-2025 The Wave Offer (the “Offer”) applies to new and individual bookings created between December 11, 2024 – March 31, 2025 (the “Offer Period”) and is available only for select sailings departing between January 1, 2025 – May 11, 2026 (the “Sailing Window” or “Range”). For the avoidance of doubt, the Sailing Window start date and end date does not indicate that a sailing will commence and conclude on those precise dates, rather, that a sailing will occur within the Range. Group bookings are not eligible for this promotion, as it is not combinable with group pricing or unnamed GTYs. However, if an individual booking is made in FIT and later transferred into a group, the booking will retain the promotion. The Offer provides guest(s) with up to $1,000 Onboard Credit per cabin to be used onboard. Prior to your sail date, Onboard Credit (OBC) can be used to purchase Shore Excursions. While onboard the ship, general OBC can be used to purchase shore excursions and other items such as spa services and specialty dining. Please note that some OBC can only be used for specified onboard activities. Onboard Spending Credit (OBC) is in U.S. dollars, has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, not transferable and will expire if not used by 10:00 pm on the last evening of the cruise The amount of OBC received per cabin will be determined by the stateroom category booked for the sailing. For example, guest(s) who book a Suite will receive $1,000 OBC; guest(s) who book a Veranda stateroom will receive $500 OBC; guest(s) who book an Oceanview stateroom will receive $400 OBC; and guest(s) who book an Interior stateroom will receive $200 OBC. The Offer is also combinable with applicable Travel Partner promotions, Back-to-Back Benefits, onboard booking savings, Azamara Circle Quarterly Savings, certain Net Rates, current Brand Offer, National Account Hosted Programs, reduced singles, suite OBC, and other OBC offers (e.g., National Account Amenities, CYOS, and brand-sponsored Flash OBCs). Unless stated otherwise, the Offer is not combinable with Last Minute Voyages, Employee Rates, Interline Rates, and Travel Agent Rates. The Offer is not applicable to 3rd and 4th guests in a stateroom. Lastly, the offer is not applicable to incentive or contracted groups. After the Offer Period, Offer will be removed from the booking if any of the following events occur if the guest: (i) cancels and reinstates the booking; (ii) applies a fare change; or (iii) changes the ship or sail date of the booking. Certain other changes to the booking may also result in removal of the Offer. The Offer is subject to availability and change without notice. The Offer may be withdrawn at any time. Single occupancy guests paying 200% cruise fare are eligible for the full amount of the Offer. Single occupancy guests paying less than 200% cruise fare are eligible for a prorated amount of Offer. Limited Time Quarterly Savings: Limited Time Quarterly Savings: receive up to 10% savings (the “Savings”) on select sailings booked between January 1, 2025 – March 31, 2025 (the “Booking Window”). Savings are only valid for new and individual bookings. Group bookings are not eligible, but if an individual booking is made and transferred to a group, booking may retain promotion.
