A Celebration of Onboard Memories Giveaway

1. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Giveaway, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Whether an Entrant receives a Prize (defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. Eligibility: A Celebration of Onboard Memories Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and residents of any country. The following individuals are not eligible for the Giveaway: Employees of Azamara and any of its respective related companies, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and other companies involved in the development or execution of the Giveaway or production or distribution of Contest materials, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee.

3. Sponsor: SP Cruises OpCo Limited d/b/a Azamara, 3059 Grand Ave., 205 Miami, Fl 33133.

4. Timing: The Contest begins on July 24, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) and ends on July 30, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. EDT (the "Giveaway Period"). The sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest. Each post will be open for 24 hours for followers to 
submit their entry. 


5. How to Enter: During the Giveaway Period, Azamara will release a daily post for seven consecutive days, each focusing on different topics. Participants are welcome to contribute one comment per post on each day. Each person entering must follow our official Facebook Page, Facebook.com/AzamaraVoyages, answer the Facebook post’s question in the comment section; the comment can be text, photo or video. By submitting you agree to Content Restrictions as defined below (collectively, the “Guidelines and Restrictions”) and that Sponsor, in its sole
discretion, may remove your Submission and disqualify you from the Contest if it believes, in its sole discretion.

6. Winner Determination: Winners will be determined via the following process: Using a randomizer to select. The Potential Prize Winners will be notified no later than July 31, 2023, on or around 6:00 p.m. EDT. 

7. Winner Requirements, Notification, and Verification: Notification will be made via private messaging to the Facebook account responsible for posting the winning Submission. To verify potential Winner, Sponsor will send a direct message. After two (2) attempts in 48 hours, any failure to reach potential Winner by direct messaging may result in disqualification of the potential Winner, forfeiture of his or her interest in the Prize, and selection of a substitute Winner.

8. Prize: Exclusive Azamara merchandise featuring the brand's logo.

9. Giveaway Comment Marketing Consent Clause: By participating in this giveaway, the participant hereby grants the sponsor an irrevocable and unrestricted right to use the participant's comment for any marketing or promotional purposes, without any further consent or compensation. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of the comment in social media posts, advertisements, website content, and any other marketing materials. The participant acknowledges that their comment may be edited, reproduced, or distributed by the sponsor at their discretion. The participant also confirms that they have obtained all necessary permissions and releases from any individuals mentioned or featured in their comment. This consent clause shall remain in effect indefinitely, unless otherwise revoked in writing by the participant
