  • For the fastest resolution, please fill out the Contact Form and be on the lookout for an email with further instructions.  
  • Other trouble shooting steps:
    • As part of the transition, all guests were asked to reset their Azamara.com password. If you have not done so already, please click Forgot Password and follow the steps.
    • If you receive a message indicating your email was not found, please register for a new account. 

  • Be sure to login before booking a cruise. This will ensure that any bookings made are associated with your azamara.com account.
  • To view your upcoming cruises, login to Azamara.com, click the profile icon in the navigation, and then select Upcoming Cruises from the menu.
  • Easily view and update details for your upcoming cruise without logging in, using our Manage My Booking tool. Here, you can book Onboard Packages, Shore Excursions and Land Programs before or after your cruise.

  • To ensure your future cruises are also available in your azamara.com account, please fill out the Contact Us Form.  

  • When your future cruises are visible in your account, you can make payments by clicking Make a Payment.

  • For guests outside of North America, please visit our Contact Us page for international Call Center phone numbers. 
  • If you booked directly with Azamara, easily make a payment for your upcoming cruise without logging in using the Manage My Booking tool.

Your Azamara account will show all bookings associated with your Loyalty Number and/or email address. The ability to link reservations associated with a different account is not available at this time. 

  • When your future cruises are visible in your account, you can view and book Shore Excursions by clicking Manage My Reservation, scrolling down to excursions and clicking the pencil icon.
    Please note that a payment must be made on your cruise before you can book shore excursions.  
  • If your future cruises are not visible in your account or you are having trouble logging in, you can book onboard packages, transfers, hotels, or pre/post cruise lang programs without logging in using the Manage My Booking Tool

  • You can view or book Onboard Packages, Transfers, Hotels or Pre/Post Cruise Land Programs either during or after booking your cruise. 
  • When your future cruises are visible in your account, you can view or book Onboard Packages, Transfers, Hotels or Pre/Post Cruise Land Programs by clicking Manage My Reservation. 
  • If your future cruises are not visible in your account or you are having trouble logging in, you can book onboard packages, transfers, hotels, or pre/post cruise lang programs without logging in using the Manage My Booking tool.

Currently, air booking is not available on Azamara.com. However, our Customer Service team can assist in making an air reservation. 

  • From your web account, click Manage My Reservation.  
  • Next to your guest info, click the Edit icon.  
  • Click the Documents icon in the upper right corner. 
  • Enter your information into the Passport fields. 

To view your available Onboard Credit (OBC), login to Azamara.com, click on the profile icon and select Upcoming Cruises. Here, you will see your original and remaining OBC balance for each of your bookings. If you do not have a web account, click “Sign Up” on the login page and create an account using the email associated with your booking

Your Onboard Credit (OBC) becomes available within 24 hours of making the first deposit on your cruise. If you have made a deposit on your cruise more than 24 hours ago, and you do not see your available OBC, please call the Call Center for assistance.

Your total Onboard Credit (OBC) is the sum of the original OBC amount for all guests on the reservation and includes both promotional OBCs and those purchased on your behalf by your travel partner. Future Cruise Credits are NOT included in your total OBC balance.

Your available Onboard Credit (OBC) balance is determined by subtracting the amount of OBC that has already been applied to purchases, from your total OBC.

Onboard Credit (OBC) can be applied by contacting the call center or once you are onboard the ship.

Prior to your sail date, Onboard Credit (OBC) can be used to purchase Shore Excursions. While onboard the ship, general OBC can be used to purchase shore excursions and other items such as spa services and specialty dining. Please note that some OBC can only be used for specificed onboard activities.

If your cruise is booked in a currency other than USD and you have Onboard Credit as a result of the 'Pay in Full' promotion, this credit will display in the currency used to book the cruise. If your booking included promotional Onboard Credit, that credit will be shown in USD. 

Each row of OBC is a separate amount that can be utilized as payment for shore excursion and other qualified onboard purchases.

At Azamara, we strive to make every part of your journey effortless. That's why we've introduced our easy check-in process, ensuring that when you arrive at the port with your documents in hand, you've already taken care of the essential details. Here is what you can expect during your easy check-in:

- Present a valid passport

- Sign the cruise ticket contract

- Swipe credit card for incidentals

- Take a picture for your keycard

Embarkation begins at 12:30 PM (local time) up until 90 minutes before departure. If you are a Suite or Discoverer, Discoverer Plus, or Discoverer Platinum guest, look for signage at the pier for priority embarkation.

Obtaining luggage tags for your Azamara cruise is simple and convenient. You have two options:

1.    Printable Luggage Tags: You can easily access and print your luggage tags directly from our website. At the links below, you'll find printable luggage tags that you can customize and attach to your bags before your cruise .

 2.    Provided at the Port: If you prefer not to print your luggage tags in advance, no worries. We'll have luggage tags available for you at the port during the check-in process. Our friendly staff will assist you in labeling your bags.

Your past cruise history is currently unavailable on azamara.com. We are working to add this feature to your account and will provide an updated timeline as soon as possible.
