Lost and Found

If you happen to lose an item during your Azamara vacation, we're here to help you locate it. Please visit the Guest Relations Desk if you have lost an item while still onboard the ship. 

To claim a lost item after debarkation, simply submit this Chargerback Lost and Found ReportChargerback is our trusted third-party provider for lost and found services.  Rest assured, we will make every effort to assist you in retrieving your lost or misplaced item.  After submitting a report for your lost item, you will receive an email notification from Chargerback containing your unique Lost Item Report Number (LIRN).  This LIRN allows us to coordinate with Chargerback and conduct a search for your item.  If found, we will arrange for its return to you.  Additionally, Chargerback will provide regular updates via email regarding the progress of your search. 

Please keep in mind that certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions.  Additionally, there may be occasional delays or limitations on shipping to certain locations.  Kindly be advised that the specified "no-hold" items mentioned below cannot be retrieved and will be either disposed of or discarded:

  • Credit cards found will be reported as lost to the respective credit card company and subsequently destroyed.
  • Food or beverages.
  • Containers containing food residue or liquids, including water bottles.
  • Soiled clothing.
  • Sanitary or toiletry items to include but not limited to: hairbrushes, loose mouth guards or retainers, toothbrushes, etc.
  • All medications.
  • Alcohol or tobacco products.
  • Any items that could potentially pose a health or safety risk.

Furthermore, please note that any additional items not included in the above list will be retained on board for a duration of 60 to 90 days, depending on the item's value and size.
