2026 WORLD CRUISE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
2026 World Cruise promotion:
2026 World Cruise Benefits are available for guests sailing on the full 155 nights – from Miami to Barcelona– (hereinafter referred to as the “2026 World Cruise” or the “Offer”) and are valid for bookings made up to 10 months prior to the voyage. Bookings must be created using the 2026 World Cruise promotion and will receive all standard inclusions, plus all special 2026 World Cruise amenities listed herein. The 2026 World Cruise total pricing reflects all applicable in-market discounts for the underlying segments. When booked as the 2026 World Cruise, guests will be entitled to additional 2026 World Cruise Benefits offered as stated in the benefits section below. The 2026 World Cruise is only combinable with onboard booking savings, but not onboard booking reduced deposits. Bookings will not qualify for any other promotion or booking incentive, including, but not limited to, Back-to-Back Onboard Credit (“OBC”), Loyalty quarterly savings, National Account amenity or hosted programs, reduced single supplements, nets, travel agent, interline, employee, or Last-Minute Voyages. Offer is available for new individual bookings only. Any modification or cancellation of one or more segments shall be deemed as full cancellation and remaining segments will be offered at the prevailing rate at the moment of cancellation. Offer and pricing are subject to availability and change without notice and may be withdrawn by Cruise Line at any time. Unless otherwise noted, all amounts referred to herein are in USD (United States Dollars). Other terms and conditions may apply, please refer to the Azamara Cruise Ticket Contract.
2026 WORLD CRUISE BENEFITS
SHORE EXCURSION ONBOARD CREDIT:
Shore Excursion OBC: 2026 World Cruise guests will receive $300 USD shore excursion credit per stateroom for each segment (10 total) of the World Cruise.
UNLIMITED WI-FI FOR TWO DEVICES:
Unlimited Wi-Fi for two devices: 2026 World Cruise guests will receive unlimited Wi-Fi for two devices per stateroom for the duration of the World Cruise. Additional devices will be subject to the wifi packages offered onboard.
PREMIUM BEVERAGE PACKAGE FOR TWO:
Premium Beverage Package for Two: 2026 World Cruise guests will receive a Premium Beverage Package for two guests per stateroom for the duration of the World Cruise. Additional guests will be subject to beverage packages offered onboard.
AIRFARE CREDIT:
Two guests per stateroom will receive air credit based on the grid below. Each guest will receive one air credit. If a guest is traveling solo, that guest will receive only one air credit. If a cabin has a third guest, no additional air credit is provided. Air credits are non-refundable. Azamara will not issue an air credit if guests choose not to redeem the air credit. All gateways listed below are eligible, but transfers are only provided from Miami International Airport or Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport (“Miami Region”) and to Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport. Airfare and air taxes are covered by the air credit. Air credit is only available when booking air through Azamara. Any air booked independently will not receive an additional credit

TRANSFERS:
Transfers available from an airport in the Miami Region to a hotel (no deviations) located within Miami Region. Transfers are available from the hotel to the ship on 1/6/26. Transfers are available from the ship in Barcelona on 6/11/26 to either the hotel or airport.
COMPLIMENTARY HOTEL STAY:
One complimentary room for one night pre-voyage hotel stay (per stateroom) booked on the 2026 World Cruise. The Complimentary Hotel Stay provided by Azamara includes hotel accommodation, taxes, and transportation from hotel to ship, but may not be substituted with another hotel.
OBC:
A $4,000 OBC will be provided to each full-voyage reservation. The OBC is redeemable against any purchase onboard except future cruise sales. The OBC has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, is not transferable, and will expire if not used by 10:00 PM on the last evening of the voyage.
COMPLIMENTARY LAUNDRY:
Per 7-night portion of the voyage, eligible guests will receive one bag of laundry per guest.
EXCLUSIVE WORLD CRUISE SPECIAL BENEFITS:
Gifts are included at the discretion of cruise line.
World Cruise Exclusive Land Events are scheduled at the discretion of ship’s management based on itineraries and other activities.
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION BOOKING POLICIES:
DEPOSIT:
Guests must submit a deposit in the amount of standard deposit per segment of the voyage, multiplied by ten segments at the time of booking. The actual amount will vary by market.
First Deposit: $5,500 USD per guest, $11,000 USD per guest in suites (*Amount will be converted to the currency of the booking's original form of payment)
Additional Deposit: $10,000 USD per booking, due April 30, 2025 (*Amount will be converted to the currency of the booking's original form of payment)
FINAL PAYMENT:
Due 180 days prior to departure of the first segment on July 7, 2025.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Upon submission of payment [or last payment], the guest will accept the terms and conditions of the cruise ticket contract to include the cancellation policy.

SINGLE SUPPLEMENT:
Solo Travelers will have a 200% single supplement.
World Cruise rates are combinable with our Onboard Offer, Loyalty Offers, Suite OBC, National Account offers
World Cruise rates are not combinable with Back-to-Back offers on segments before or after the world cruise.
OUR PRICING AND SAVINGS POLICY:
All rates are per person, based on double occupancy, cruise only, in USD, and subject to availability. Rates may vary by ship, departure date, and stateroom category. All rates, savings, offers, and itineraries are subject to change without notice. Savings offers may be withdrawn at any time. Fees, taxes, tolls, and other charges paid to governmental or quasi-governmental authorities as well as port expenses are not included and will be calculated per person. Such governmental or quasi-governmental charges may change without notice.
