Transfer Program When Booking Azamara Air
If you book your flights through Azamara Air, transfers are not included but can be purchased. Transfers are available for purchase through our Contact Us form and are available on embarkation day from the airport to the ship, subject to availability, and on debarkation day from the port to the airport.
Transfers are provided in coaches or mini vans, and guests are kindly asked to wait until the vehicle reaches its full capacity before departure.
Making Your Own AirTravel Arrangements?
If you choose to make your own air arrangements, you may wish to purchase ground transportation to the ship. Transfers are available for purchase from the arrival airport to the pier on the day of sailing, subject to availability, and from the pier to the departure airport on debarkation day only. When booking this service, be sure to share your flight arrival details so we can be there to meet you. Please keep in mind that there are guidelines regarding the latest flight arrival time on embarkation day and the earliest flight departure time on debarkation day to be eligible for transfer. For all details on port schedules and times, visit the Port Information page. Please note that any flights booked outside these air/sea parameters will result in forfeiting the transfer.

Pre & Post Hotel Stays
If booking an Azamara Pre or Post Hotel Stay, transfers are not included. All transfers (Airport-to-Hotel & Hotel-to-Pier) are available for purchase separately under our “Transfer” section within your booking, or by using our Contact Us form. All Azamara transfers are operated by coach or mini-van and guests are kindly requested to wait until the vehicle reaches its full capacity before departure.

What is Included in Ground Transfers?
To ensure seamless and stress-free connections, we recommend that you purchase ground transfers between the airport and pier (or hotel, in some cases). Our ground transfer service includes meeting you outside of the customs clearance or baggage area, directing you to a designated bus or mini-van, and handling transfer of your luggage to and from the vehicle.
As you disembark from the coach or mini-van, please remember to collect your luggage. Be sure to verify that you are taking the correct luggage, as you are responsible for it. Please note that your luggage will not be automatically transferred to the ship or airport.
